MONTIGET 4MG TABS 14’s
KSh 70.20
Montelukast is a medication that prevents certain chemicals in the body from causing the airways in the lungs to narrow and swell. By stopping these chemicals, Montelukast helps improve asthma symptoms and makes it easier to control asthma.
Montelukast is prescribed to manage asthma in children aged 2 to 5 years. It helps prevent asthma symptoms both day and night and can be used when other medications are insufficient or if inhaled corticosteroids are not suitable. It also helps prevent exercise-induced airway narrowing. Your doctor will decide on the appropriate use based on your child’s symptoms and asthma severity.
